Portland is a Small City

What does living in a small city mean? I think it means running into people you know anywhere and everywhere you go! I also think it means we see how our support of each other directly impacts our neighbors, friends, and family. So, what can we do to support each other?

My monthly Cully Neighborhood Clean-Up is continuing to be my own way of making Portland a little better. This month we are starting on NE Fremont at NE 63rd. Fremont gets a lot of litter. It drives me crazy. So I’ll be there with Donuts, Coffee, Safety Vests, Gloves, Bags, and the Truck to haul anything and everything away.

Sunday November 30th, 9am-10am

I run a very small business as a sole practitioner in real estate. I “hang” my license with More Realty LLC, and get excellent agent support in legal council, E&O insurance, advice and continuing eduction, as well as a national referral network.

But I don’t get any clients from the company. All of my clients are friends, family, past clients, referred by these folks, met at open houses or social activities, or occasionally through social media.
