New Post

Hello Friends!

12% of houses on Oregon are owned by single women. Is this a bombshell to you? If you are ever around women, I would expect not. Long gone are the days of every young man and every young woman meeting, getting engaged, having a big wedding, buying a house, having a baby… in that order or in any form at all.

Take a minute to read my post about this data on my website: READ ME!

So why did I bother to write a post and then also write and send this email?

Data does tell us something about ourselves as current or future Home Owners.

Each data point is a real person with a whole community behind them. I am writing to encourage you to think about your community and then actively gather them around yourself as you set about buying a house. I am a part of that community and will help you call on your resources to support you.

I feel confident that every person who you consider a part of your community is thrilled to be in that position. We want the best for you. We want to help you do a huge thing: buy a home. We want to help you look for a house, help you get your mortgage, help you move, help you paint, help you haul soil for the garden, help you warm your home, help you make your dreams come true.

So single person, coupled people, thruppled people, messy families, boring families, made families, let’s do this!
