Hello Friend!

Do you ever question if you are in the right field or if there is something else you could be doing? I ask this question of myself regularly. And the answer I keep getting from myself is Yes and No! Yes I’m in the right field. No I can’t imagine doing anything else.

I’ll be here, working in real estate, for the foreseeable future! And I’m super happy about it!

While I’m confident in my role in the real estate industry, I’m not confident in predicting the real estate market. Some properties are sitting on the market for months. Some are getting multiple offers and selling for well above list price after just 3 days on the market. Some have regular price reductions and sell in a month or so. Buyers above $600,000 have really pumped the brakes. Interest rates are in the 7% range. Some people have lots of cash and don’t care about mortgage rates. Some people have been planning for years based on 3% interest rates and now that plan has gone up in smoke.

My advice is: keep making the right decisions for yourself and your family.

Whatever those decisions are, I’m here to support you! How? Here are a few of my skills and resources you can tap into without spending a cent. What? You can repay me by sending me real estate referrals! When? As soon as you hear a whisper of an idea that someone is selling or buying give me their contact info so I can reach out to them directly.

ADU Expert- Can and should you build an ADU inside your current home, on the lot, or at an investment property?

Dreaming Big- Let’s tour your dream home and see if you would really want it. This is a great idea for visitors who may move to Oregon or SW Washington, but not immediately.

Should I do this to my house? I’m not a contractor, architect, or designer. But I do see a lot of houses and have a lot of opinions. I am a great remodeling brainstormer and planner! And I will tell you if you are going to make your house unsellable to a majority of the buyer pool.
