March '25 Neighborhood Clean-Up

Congratulations to my clients L and S for buying a new home! They were referred to me by a past client. We met in January, they dreamed of buying something this year. I said I could get them into their dream (new construction modern condo in a cute little community) by summer, but they just closed last week, right as Spring started! It always feels great to help people make their dream come true faster and more easily than they ever imagined.

Keep your eyes peeled for a New Listing that will be coming on the market on April 17th! My client has been busy cleaning and getting the house all ready. Finally, my reason for emailing monthly: Neighborhood Clean-Up is happening on March 30th at 9 AM. We will be cleaning up at Wellington Park at NE Mason and 65th. I’ll be there with donuts, coffee, safety vests, buckets, bags, and the truck to haul it all away. It’s a great way to give back and connect with neighbors—I’d love to see you there!
