🔮 Crystal Ball for the Real Estate Market

As if I’d every claim to know what’s going to happen in the future. The only thing I am sure of is that I’ll be a Realtor, people need to move, and Portland is a great little city.

I’ve recently sold two listings in Portland. I helped my clients purchase both of these homes, and was thrilled to get the call to sell them. Whether you are meticulously planning your real estate future or your life has unexpectedly changed, I’m here to help!

These properties are very very different, but they both deserved great marketing. Finding and keeping a buyer (and their lender!) were also key in selling these homes.

While I don’t believe I can accurately predict the future, I do believe in magic! Magic happens when you refer your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, enemies, employees, employers, old college friend, or stranger on the internet to me!

My whole practice is based in past clients coming back to work with me and new clients coming to me with a strong referral.

I also believe we can make our own magic here in the Pacific Northwest, let’s keep pushing for equity, justice, peace, education, healthcare, housing, food, and humanity for all.
