I am torn between these two neighborhoods right now. On one hand, I live near Beaumont-Wilshire and had a great time at the Fremont Fest this year. Maybe you met me there? Maybe you entered the raffle for the Igloo Kooltunes Cooler/Speaker? If you are Addi, then you did!

On the other hand, Montavilla is home to my latest listing! 716 NE 75th Ave Portland Or 97213 is for sale for $450,000. It is a classic bungalow with an updated kitchen and nice side yard. Could this be the home for you?

Both neighborhoods in Portland have excellent coffee shops, art, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and lots of tall tales about how it used to be in the old days.

Or, you can meet me in the middle, Cully! I host a monthly Neighborhood Clean Up in Cully. Our next event is Sunday September 28th! In just 1 hour we will pick up trash and make NE Portland a little nicer. Next month we will start at Wellington Park and spread out from there.
